It all began with simple moments in our family kitchen — flour dust in the air, laughter at the counter, and little feet running underfoot. What started as a homegrown effort to bake better, more wholesome food gradually grew into a deep appreciation for the art of sourdough.

Amid the joys and challenges of life, baking was simply a hobby to fulfill our culinary cravings and slow down together around the table.
